Our technicians performed a full service call and damage evaluation to assess the extent of the water intrusion. Using professional moisture detection tools, we conducted moisture mapping throughout the affected areas to identify where water had spread beneath the surface. We then performed weighted water extraction to remove water from the carpet and area rugs. After extraction, we installed professional drying equipment, including heaters, dehumidifiers, and high-velocity air movers, to accelerate evaporation and remove moisture from the structure. The equipment remained in place for up to three days to ensure the area dried thoroughly and safely.

Our technicians began with a comprehensive inspection and moisture mapping, using professional meters to identify elevated moisture levels in ceilings, walls, and flooring throughout the affected area. Once the extent of the water intrusion was confirmed, we established containment barriers to isolate the work area and protect the rest of the home during mitigation.

To access and properly dry the structure, portions of the ceiling, cabinetry, and damaged building materials were carefully removed. This allowed our team to expose the underlying framing, plumbing, and subfloor where moisture had accumulated.

After demolition and debris removal, we installed commercial drying equipment, including high-velocity air movers and dehumidifiers, to remove moisture from the structural materials. The area was monitored with moisture readings until the materials returned to safe, dry levels.

Throughout the process, contaminated and damaged materials were safely removed from the property and the space was prepared for the next phase of repairs and reconstruction.

Our team immediately got to work removing the contaminated water and safely disposing of affected materials. We thoroughly cleaned and rinsed the area, then applied professional-grade enzymatic treatments to break down bacteria and eliminate odors at the source. Once everything was properly sanitized, we set up commercial drying equipment to pull moisture out of the space and prevent any further issues like mold or structural damage.

What started as a hazardous, water-filled basement was transformed into a clean, dry, and stable space again. No standing water. No contamination. Just a safe foundation the homeowner could move forward with.

Our team began by carefully removing the toilet to fully assess the damage beneath it. Once exposed, we discovered moisture around the toilet flange and within the surrounding subfloor, confirming that water had been leaking for some time.

We performed targeted water extraction and structural drying to remove the trapped moisture and protect the subfloor from further deterioration. Professional drying equipment, including air movers and dehumidifiers, was installed to thoroughly dry the affected materials.

To ensure the issue was resolved permanently, we coordinated with a licensed plumber who replaced the damaged flange and properly reset the toilet with a new seal. Once the plumbing repair was complete, we continued drying the area to ensure the bathroom structure was fully restored and safe for use.

Our team began by performing a thorough inspection and moisture mapping of the bathroom to identify the extent of the water intrusion. Once we confirmed that moisture had spread behind the shower and into surrounding building materials, we carefully removed the shower assembly to access the affected areas.

To prevent cross-contamination and protect the rest of the home, we installed containment barriers around the work area. This allowed our technicians to safely remove damaged materials and expose the underlying framing and subfloor where moisture had accumulated.

After demolition and cleanup, we installed professional drying equipment, including dehumidifiers and high-velocity air movers, to thoroughly dry the structure. The drying process continued until moisture readings confirmed the framing, subfloor, and surrounding materials had returned to safe levels.

Throughout the process, debris was safely removed from the property and the area was prepared for the next stage of repairs and reconstruction.

The damage had affected multiple layers of the bathroom, including: Tile flooring and subfloor Cabinetry and fixtures (vanity, sink, toilet) Surrounding structural materials Because of the contamination level, these materials were no longer safe to salvage and required careful removal.

Our team moved quickly to stabilize the situation and prevent further spread:

1. Containment & Safety First Built sealed containment barriers to isolate the affected area Installed air filtration systems to keep the air clean and safe Used full protective equipment throughout the process

2. Careful Removal of Damaged Materials Removed contaminated flooring, subfloor, and structural components Safely detached and disposed of bathroom fixtures Bagged and removed all debris following proper safety standards

3. Deep Cleaning & Sanitization Performed detailed HEPA vacuuming to remove fine particles Applied professional-grade antimicrobial treatments Ensured all remaining surfaces were clean and safe

4. Drying & Monitoring Set up specialized drying equipment and air scrubbers Monitored moisture levels over multiple visits Returned for final cleaning and equipment removal once the space was fully dry

By the time we finished, the bathroom was:

Fully cleaned and sanitized Dry and safe for reconstruction and rree of contaminated materials and debris. The homeowner could move forward with confidence, knowing the space had been properly handled from start to finish.

The customer called us because they had concerns about their tile floor containing asbestos.  We were able to test the tile and unfortunately, did confirm that it did contain asbestos and would have to be removed with strict asbestos containment and disposal guidelines.

We responded immediately to stabilize the situation and prevent the damage from spreading further throughout the home. Our first step was to establish proper containment, including barriers and airlocks, to isolate the affected areas and protect the rest of the property. From there, our team carefully removed all contaminated and unsalvageable materials — including saturated carpet and padding, ceiling materials, and compromised wall components — ensuring that anything impacted was safely and thoroughly addressed. Once the space was cleared, we performed a detailed deep cleaning using HEPA filtration to capture fine particulates, followed by the application of a plant-based antimicrobial treatment to eliminate contaminants and restore a safe environment. To complete the process, we implemented an extended drying and air purification plan using commercial-grade equipment, including air scrubbers and negative air systems. This ensured that moisture was fully removed and the indoor environment was properly stabilized before moving forward.
