Our technicians performed a full service call and damage evaluation to assess the extent of the water intrusion. The customer called us because they had concerns about their tile floor containing asbestos.  We were able to test the tile and unfortunately, did confirm that it did contain asbestos and would have to be removed with strict asbestos containment and disposal guidelines.
